maybe because most renowned artist of DA doesn't charge that much. Don't get me wrong, i don't think he does not deserve that payment, but for the standard in DA he is pretty expensive. Here in my country, dollar is the result of the local currency multiplied 6 times, so for a drawing is way to much.
