That was an outrage! Putting a five year old in jail?! The People of the City of Townsville, I have an explanation. When dealing with a five year old Powerpuff stealing the golf clubs, the Townsville PD should make the Professor to pay the fine because Blossom stole the golf clubs. They should make her to go home, talk to her about the wrongdoing she had done, and make the Professor to punish her for stealing for two long weeks, rather than just put her in jail with 200 hours of community service. Doing so will create a Powerpuff outrage all over the city involving protests, debates, and a lot of news stations reporting about a five year old being in jail, and doesn't know anything more about jail or community service. She was in Kindergarten while this situation occurred. It is the best for Townsville Jail and Police to talk to Blossom about stealing, and make the Professor to pay the fine, and punish her at home, rather than just 200 hours of hard labor.

What Townsville Jail don't know if it is a rule about what it comes to imprison five year old kids and puffs for stealing or other wrongdoings. Look what just happened in Tampa, Florida, a five year old was arrested by police for throwing a tantrum, but never taken into jail or community service. It did cause an outrage all over the area through local news stations. I don't think Blossom had a police rap sheet before, because she was five years old at the time when she stole the clubs. She was too young to go to jail. Like I thought about it, that the Townsville County Court wouldn't bring charges against Blossom for stealing and lying, because she was just five years of age. Because of her age, she cannot go to jail for that, but the only option is for the Professor to pay the fine, and then punish Blossom at home. If she was 25 years of age, then they will bring her to jail for stealing, and perform 200 hours of community service. If you want to imprison five year old Blossom, take it directly to the United States Supreme Court. It will be likely be her first time all over again if she do it at age 25.

Now I would like to have a word with Blossom. Blossom Utonium, you shouldn't be stealing and lying, (and being in jail as a five year old), so you will have to apologize to The Mayor, The Townsville Jail, and your teammates for your committed sins, so you must do that for your freedom. If you apologize, you will be forgiven by the People of Townsville, and the entire event you dealt for will never happened in your life. And as for Bubbles, you shouldn't call her a "big-fat-liar." You may get in trouble for that, and you must forgive. A Very Special Blossom is all jacked up right out of Chicago. I hope you guys will have a good day tomorrow.
